I love my daughter and want her not just to survive, but to thrive. That means I am picky about what I feed her, even at her birthday. I have found that organic foods are best, that is one of the reasons I choose Ambrosia each year. Not only are the cakes, cupcakes, and cake pops beautiful, they are delicious, fun, organic and made with love and care. I love serving my daughter food that I know is so much better for her than what is found in the stores. She made a custom two tiered Hawaiian themed cake for my daughters birthday and even delivered to us. Not only was the cake perfect and exactly as I expected it, it tasted incredible. Sabrina at Ambrosia Bakery did a wonderful job in providing fantastic food for my brunch in honor of Mother’s Day. We had the blackberry muffins, lavender vanilla scones, green tea cupcakes, and the asparagus quiche. I love how she uses the best natural ingredients and avoids gluten and provides many alternatives to her already amazing menu. All my guests and I enjoyed everything and the presentation was amazing! I recently had the pleasure of ordering and tasting my first order with Ambrosia Natural Bakery. With so many food sensitivities my little one has, it is difficult to find fun treats to give him. For Easter I ordered berry-filled cupcakes and we thoroughly enjoyed them! These cupcakes were quite dense and smaller than the average cupcake, but I felt that was to be expected when using alternative and healthier ingredients. My favorite was the honey-lavender cake with marionberry filling! Yum! So thankful we have access to this specialty bakery in our small town! ~Errin~
